About Amanda
Owner, Dog Walker, and Pet Sitter
A Baltimore County native, Amanda Mohr-Poole is the founder and owner of Mohr Paws to Please, LLC.
Having always loved animals, Amanda originally wanted to become a vet tech but instead ended up majoring in criminal justice at Towson University. After obtaining her Bachelor's degree, she worked as a hair apprentice at RPS while pet-sitting on the side. As a "shampoo girl" at the salon, she took the opportunity to mention her pet-sitting to clients and in turn, her business grew. Soon after, Mohr Paws to Please Pet Care, LLC was officially born in 2021.
Amanda finds the work of pet care to be incredibly fulfilling. She loves spending her days with happy animals and receiving lots of loving kisses from her furriends. She believes each pet is one-of-a-kind, loyal, and has so much love to give.
When she isn't working, Amanda can be found spending time with her husband Chris, their dogs Oliver (boxer mix) and Theodore (yorkie mix), and cats Cooper (American short hair cat) and Zoey (tortie cat).
